Admin and Newsletter Position (Co-op)

Company Overview

We’re a university-based startup helping students with all things finances. We focus on securing grant/scholarship/bursary funding, then guide them with saving, budgeting, taxes, and planning for the future!

The Role

Join Hi Finance for the Fall 2025 co-op term and support our team by:

  • Managing scheduling, correspondence, and general administrative tasks

  • Writing and editing our student-focused newsletters and email campaigns

  • Assisting with internal document organization and data tracking

  • Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure consistent communication

Requirements:

  • Enrolled in a post-secondary co-op program, ideally in communications, business, or related fields

  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail

  • Organized and efficient with scheduling and administrative tasks

  • Comfortable using tools like Google Suite and email marketing platforms

  • Clear communicator and proactive team player eager to learn

Compensation:

$20 per hour. After a successful co-op/contract term, employees are invited to continue full-time to receive a salary!
