Hi! My name is Mike, and I’m a co-founder and the Chief Technology Officer here at Hi Finance. Before joining the team, I spent several years in Silicon Valley building and scaling technology startups from the ground up.

At my first company, Dor, I co-founded and led the AI/ML team that developed a battery-powered foot traffic counter, a product that combined hardware and software to give small businesses powerful insights in minutes. Later, I joined Verkada as Head of Engineering for their Intercom product line, which went on to sell over $14 million in its first year.

Now, I’m bringing that same startup experience to Hi Finance, helping us build ethical, student-centered financial technology designed to make managing money simpler and smarter for the next generation.

When I’m not coding or designing new systems, you can usually find me gaming, 3D printing random trinkets, or tinkering with new creative projects just for fun.
