Hi! My name is Russ, and I’m the CFO and Head of Planning here at Hi Finance. I’ve spent over a decade in financial planning, including running my own advice-only firm and co-founding several ventures along the way. At Hi Finance, I focus on keeping our systems and strategy strong while also meeting with students to help them navigate complex financial situations with clarity and confidence.

What excites me about Hi Finance is the chance to rethink how planning is done — making it transparent, accessible, and truly student-first. It’s about building something long-lasting that can grow with people through every stage of life.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two kids, staying active, and getting outdoors whenever I can.
